For online support in using the new digital system, first check the Digital tools guides https://www.scouts.org.uk/volunteers/volunteer-experience/digital-tool-guides/ to learn how to complete tasks when signing in to scouts.org.uk

The Go-Live Support Team will provide the first line of support for you to get advice on resolving ‘how to’ queries regarding changes in local processes and questions about using the new digital tools.  The team will also signpost to information on scouts.org.uk for more in-depth user guides and be able to refer issues to HQ Support Centre.

Some example questions the team will be able to help with:

  • How do I login to the new system?
  • How do I update my personal details?
  • Where can I find my learning record and access ongoing learning?
  • How can I get the accreditations I need to do my role?
  • Who should I contact if my roles or teams are incorrectly recorded?
  • Can anyone provide me with some assistance locally in using the new system?

How to contact the team

The easiest method to contact the team is by submitting a support request via the County website. Where you’ll enter your contact details, select the Help Topic ‘Transformation’ and details of your issue/ question

We’ll then direct this to the relevant member of our team who will follow up with you. This method allows us to track and ensure all requests are followed up as quickly as possible.

You can also raise questions and seek support by posting on the West Sussex Scouters Facebook Group or contacting the named contact for your district. You can use the email addresses below to contact them. If the named contact is yet to be confirmed you can still use the email address and the wider team will pick up your support request.
