Follow this simple advice:-
- The County International team can offer advice and suggest places to visit, and opportunities that limit the amount of work you as a section leader need to do. E.g. National Expeditions, Using Commercial companies or visiting a Jamboree.
- Obtain Fact Sheet “Thinking of going Abroad?” (FS260018) , answer most of the questions it raises then Contact the ACC (International) for a Visits Abroad pack. or visit Scoutbase.
- Complete a PC Abroad form, note this includes day trips and Scout Network members.
- Check you are insured, and check your equipment is insured outside of the UK.
- Have fun.
