1st Hurstpierpoint Scout headquarters is modern, well equipped and available for hire.
 
We have a meeting room, large hall and well–equipped kitchen available with car parking facilities within the grounds with additional spaces in the public car park directly opposite our main gate.
 

Main hall (52 by 27 feet) is equipped with fresh air ventilation and accommodates 100 seated or 200 standing.
 
Meeting room (22 by 27 feet) will accommodate twenty in a formal meeting.
 
Our well equipped Kitchen offers a wide range of catering facilities.
 
Facilities are available for hire separately or together and are suitable for regular hire or individual events such as wedding receptions, children’s parties, meetings, disco’s, seminars, exhibitions, concerts, indoor sports and classes.
 
A high level of care affords pleasant surroundings and our hire rates are most competitive.

1.    Check availability in the diary
 
2.    Check the rates on our price list  
 
 
3.    Download the booking pack, unzip it, then print and return the booking form to the Lettings Secretary (zip file)

Marquee
 
We also have a white Marquee for hire.
 
It’s an ideal size for private functions (31 by 17 feet).
 
Our marquee hire fee (£200) includes delivery, erection and dismantling at your chosen site.
