CCC - County Commissioner's Communication from John - January 2007

May I wish you all a happy new year and as we enter our centenary year may it be filled with fun and celebration.

We will all be very busy this year so may I take this opportunity at this early stage of my appointment to give you some diary dates.

Directors will no longer exist

ACC,s FORUM consisting of ACC,s County leaders and advisers will meet with myself Steve and Irene 4 times a year.

We will meet at the Y Centre on the following dates: 19^th March, 30^th April, 2^nd July and 1^st October

All County meetings will remain and we will meet on the following dates at Tanbridge School, Guildford Road Horsham.

8^th February, 10^th May and 20^th September

DC,s and ACC,s will meet at the Y centre Horsham on the following dates : 29^th March and 29^th November

One more date for your diary: Gala Dinner on the 29^th June plans are now well advanced so we need your support £40 a ticket with £10 deposit per person to the County Office.

As many of you are aware Tony Wilkins passed away on Friday 29^th December. Our thoughts at this very sad time are with Hilary, Andrew. Richard and Rebecca and his grandchildren.

Looking forward to meeting you all in 2007.
